Week of Feb 15

Sun, Feb 15
Went to Kohl’s to exchange a shirt Chris got for Christmas (too small and red) and got a dress shirt for both him and Kyle and a Madagascar long sleeve shirt for Michael for $5!
Went to Michael’s and got an 8x8 scrapbook for my P365 pages I’m printing on my R280 Epson printer. It does a pretty good job.
Chris and I went to Red Lobster for our Valentine’s Day meal. I had a frozen strawberry margarita and Chris had 2 Fat Tires and we were both pretty relaxed! We then went to Best Buy to get a SDHC memory card reader and then on to Barnes & Noble to browse.
I was hoping to post to the Weeds & Wildflowers P365 incentive forum to get the freebie, but the administrator didn’t activate my account in time. I uploaded my layouts for the first two weeks of February to their forum this afternoon, and still hadn’t been activated by the midnight Monday deadline. I’m pretty disappointed.

Mon, Feb 16
Gym – circuit class. Missed previous 2 weeks (Michael sick, Kyle blood draw)
President’s Day. Primrose was closed as was Great-West so Michael and I hung out all day. We went to Panera with Chris before he went to work but other than that were at home all day. Luckily it was a nice day so we went outside twice – once in the morning and then again in the afternoon after Michael’s nap. He just wanted to go out back and dig in his sandbox and the wood chips. We had a good day. I got some great pictures.
Mom called with a question about FSA and her social security benefits and also to let me know they found a lump in her breast and she’s having a mammogram and then possible ultrasound and biopsy on Thursday, but “not to worry.”

Tue, Feb 17
LemonGrass for lunch.
Baked potato soup for dinner
Watched House
Michael said his favorite movie is Madagascar 2.

Wed, Feb 18
Michael woke up at 5:30 because his bed was wet. This is the first time this has happened and he was so upset. Poor guy! We gave him lots of hugs and kisses and told him it was okay, accidents happen sometimes.
Vincent Van Gogh might have stated it the best way when he said “the way to know life
is to love many things.”
Let us be grateful to people who make us happy. They are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. - Marcel Proust
The wise person reads both books and life itself. – Lin Yutang
Jewel – You Were Meant for Me
Chris said the reason he doesn’t want more kids is the chance of losing the pregnancy, not the cost or space in the house. That’s the first time he’s said that.
Papa Murphy’s for dinner.

Thu, Feb 19
Michael had another accident. We’re not going to let him take a sippy cup to bed anymore and see if that solves the problem. I really don’t want to put him back in diapers for night time.

Fri, Feb 20
Ran errands at lunch: Hallmark, Michael’s, Office Max, Barnes & Noble; all in an hour!
Chicken soft tacos for dinner
Maggie Moo’s; it started snowing as we headed home
Watched Criminal Minds

Sat, Feb 21
Went to the new Panera for breakfast. As part of their grand opening, they were giving away gift cards ranging anywhere from $5-$100. Chris, Michael & I all got one.
Michael & Chris shoveled driveway.
Chris took a big load of clothes to Bearly Worn.
Mom’s 64th birthday. Had her over for dinner (Chris’ burritos) and chocolate sheet cake.

Tue-Baked potato soup for dinner
Wed-MD wet bed
Thu-1st time MD poohed in big potty
